1. Instant coffee granules or powder 2. Hot water 3. Sugar and/or milk (optional) 4. Spoon 5. Mug or cup
Boil the amount of water you need. You can use a kettle, microwave, or any other method to heat the water. The water should be hot, but not necessarily boiling.
Place the instant coffee granules or powder in your mug. Use about 1 to 2 teaspoons of instant coffee per 8 ounces (240 ml) of water, depending on your taste preferences.
If you like your coffee sweetened or with milk, add sugar and/or milk to your taste. Stir well to dissolve the coffee and mix in the sugar and milk.
Pour the hot water into the mug over the coffee granules. Stir the mixture well to ensure that the coffee dissolves completely.
Taste the coffee and adjust the sweetness or creaminess as needed. You can add more sugar or milk if desired.
Your instant coffee is now ready to be enjoyed! Be careful, as the drink will be hot. You can let it cool for a few minutes before sipping.
